Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.

To exercise this right, contact us via the Contact page, stating your order number. We will confirm the procedure for returning the product.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

Unused, unworn, and in perfect resalable condition;
In its original packaging, with all its accessories and labels;
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exceptions for hygiene reasons

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. This applies, in particular, at Nocturnly to: Lavender & Magnesium Shower Gel, Lavender Soothing Mist, 3D Sleep Mask, Satin Sleep Cap, and Noise-Cancelling Earplugs, provided that their protective packaging has been opened. These products can only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product, or an error on our part, in which case they are covered by Nocturnly.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or non-compliant product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page, if possible with a photo of the product concerned. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
