Delivery Zones

Nocturnly delivers to metropolitan France, the European Union, as well as a selection of non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada, and others; see the full list at checkout).

Prices and Times

Metropolitan France: Standard Delivery €7.99 (free above a certain order amount) or Express Delivery €10.99.
European Union: Standard Delivery €22.
International (outside EU): Standard Delivery €29.

Estimated delivery times are generally between 7 and 15 business days for France and the EU, and may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions. A longer delay (up to 20 business days) may exceptionally be observed depending on the period and the product ordered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation. A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number when available, is sent as soon as the order leaves our partner warehouses.

Product Origin

Some of our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses located internationally. This allows us to offer you a carefully selected range at a fair price, while occasionally slightly extending delivery times compared to purely national shipping. We are committed to keeping you informed of your order status at every stage.

Delay or Undelivered Package

If your order has not arrived beyond the indicated time frame, or if you encounter a problem during delivery, please contact us: we will do what is necessary to resolve the situation as quickly as possible (reshipment or refund, as appropriate).
